Imprint Services on Garments, Vests, Jackets and Hats

• Color: We can imprint in 1-Color or Multi-Colors, We use many methods to achieve the best results for your project. Standard imprint color is 1-color black or we can match to your company color.



• Method: Silkscreen, 4-Color Cad-Printz Logo, Dye Sublimation, Heat Transfer.



• Material: Reflective Ink or Tape with 3M™ Silver Reflective or ANSI Approved 3M 5807 Scotchlite Reflective Tape. See Tech Bulletin Here.
  
  Reflective Type: Silver Reflective Ink is not approved by ANSI however the ink is long-lasting.
  
  3M Scotchlite 5807 Silver Reflective Tape is APPROVED by ANSI and is available only in a heat transfer tape. Logos, Letters and fancy designs can be created or (cut) from this tape. This means the tape has been tested and will withstand up to 50 Home Use Laundry applications when following the Care Label in the Garment.
  
  **When using the reflective tape, a heat transfer application fee is required and a fee for the actual "Decal".



• Embroidery: We are masters at embroidery and can digitize your logo or can accept your DST (Digital Stitch File). Our embroidery digitizing fees rarely exceed $30.00.



• File Types: You can provide us your logo file in either a EPS, TIFF, Hi-Resolution PDF or JPG format or we can create the file for you. Standard lettering layout is provided at no additional costs. Logo recreation or clean-up is service we provide at very nominal rates.



• Minimum Order: We have no minimum order however the method we use to produce your project is based on the quantity ordered. For instance, if you have less than 6 pieces, we often use Dye Sublimation as this is the Fastest and most Economical Method for Imprint.

  CAD-PRINTZ Full Color Digital Heat Transfer:
  • CAD-PRINTZ can be applied to a variety of fabrics which normally can't be screen printed or embroidered. This digital service produces a crisp, clear, full color designs including photo-realistic images.

CAD-PRINTZ Full Color Digital Heat Transfer

• Construction workers and contractors show passersby who’s getting the job done on the roadside by putting their company name on the back of a hi vis jacket, traffic vest or other safety workwear. Using 3M reflective material for custom screen printing enhances visibility and makes lettering easier to see.
• Emergency response personnel can use imprinting or embroidery to help clearly identify who they are at the scene of an emergency.
• Custom work can also be used to create promotional products to be used as corporate gifts or employee incentives.
