Important: Please read the following information carefully:

SHIPPING
We ship F.O.B. from our warehouse location, with the exception of factory drop shipments, and via the carrier of our choice. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.

- Free Shipping Offer: From time to time we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $249.99. We have a few exceptions to this policy:

- First Exception: If the product is super heavy, like a storage cabinet, containment unit, eyewash product, well we have to charge shipping on this item.

- Second Exception: As much as we would like to have free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii we are unable to do this. But we will ship as inexpensively as possible and give you the option to use your own account number.

- Third Exception: International shipping is not eligible for Free Shipping. We offer free shipping on nearly all our items within the Continental United States.

- Fourth Exception: Free Shipping when your order meets the supplier minimum order: We will of course pass along any shipment savings if you meet the specific minimum orders from our suppliers. If we can get you Free Shipping from our partner suppliers, we will do it. Doesn't hurt to ask. As a general rule, most all our suppliers have Free Freight when we place a $1500 order. So you can see how super our Free Freight policy is at only $249.99.

DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately.

PRODUCT PRICING
Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at the time of order.

MINIMUM ORDER
There is a $0.00 minimum order requirement.

CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDERS
Confirming purchase orders is not necessary. If you must mail a confirming purchase order, please clearly mark it “confirming” in order to avoid duplication.

TERMS
Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Open account is available to qualified customers. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover credit cards.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders where we have a tax status. So far, this is only Wisconsin, however New York has some new laws coming up that may require us to collect sales tax for those shipping to New Your.. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.

PRICING POLICY
Although we intend to maintain prices during the life of our mailings and promotions, whether in print or electronic form, we reserve the right, to be exercised at our sole discretion, to revise prices, limit quantities, and correct printing/pricing errors.

RETURNS
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please call, email or fax our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to return. Special order items, videos and custom imprinted products are nonreturnable unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. No COD's accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.  All orders may be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled after shipment except if a product has been damaged in shipping or has a defect that renders it unsaleable.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All products found ion this website have been manufactured by other parties. These products may be warrantied by their respective manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use. There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturers’ warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products. The manufacturers have provided all statistical information found on this website. These statistics are reproduced solely for the Buyer’s information and convenience. This website does not represent these statistics as being accurate. Determining the adequacy of any product for any intended purpose is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. In making that determination, the Buyer has not relied upon any warranty or representation made by our company. We do not recognize the authority of any agent, employee or representative of our company to bind us to any representation, affirmation of fact or warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty shall be created by any statement made on this website for the advertisement or promotion of any product.

Our company makes no warranties of any kind. Any and all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by our company. Any claim for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or connected to the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product found on this website shall in no event be our company’s liability. In all events, our liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the products by the Buyer.
